The Ray County Senior Services Board
was created to provide programs
which will improve
the health, nutrition and quality of life
of persons who are sixty years of age or older.

Pictured is the Orrick Community Center where Senior Citizen Bingo is held funded by an RCSSB grant, applied for and received each year 2010 into today.
Bingo is scheduled every Thursday in Jan., Feb., March, June, July and August. Normal hours at the Center are Wednesday,1:00 to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The Center offers a library, game room, community clothes closet and food pantry. The quilt group meets the 3rd Wednesday of each month.

A music night is held the 1st Friday night of each month. Fall activities normally include a Haunted House (Night of Terrors) fundraiser and a Trick or Treat Maze.
In December, a holiday open house with lunch, a wreath auction and displays by local vendors is planned.
